Body Conversions utilizes an analytical and systematic approach to fitness improvement. Through a comprehensive fitness assessment, a Body Conversions staff member will determine each clients’ levels of fitness using the RJL Systems body composition assessment instrument. The test will measures body composition, and will assists the client – trainer in setting individualized nutrition and exercise goals. The RJL System continuously monitors and tracks client improvement, so that cardio and weight training routines can be periodically fined-tuned to maximize progress. The testings included are: Cardio vascular and aerobic capacity, muscular strength endurance, and flexibility.
Body Conversions offers a comprehensive workout in a clean, private, non-intimidating setting. The facilities include 3,000 square feet of space, fully equipped with all necessary weight training and cardio equipment. Men’s and women’s dressing rooms, complete with showers, and cardio theater are designed to enhance client comfort and workout anytime. Amenities also include spring water, towels, and storage areas.
Clients at Body Conversions participate in regularly scheduled weight training sessions with a skilled professional personal trainer. Cardio equipment, including treadmills, stair steppers, elliptical, and recumbent bicycles are available for client use any time during business hours. Body Conversions is also introducing classes to the array of fitness services available to its clients; Circuit Training Classes and Navy Diver Calisthenics will be offered at various times during the week.
